I was very impressed with the Drury's Wellness Check policy. I informed her of my mistake of leaving the DND sign and she offered to have someone come up and clean my room right away. She wanted to make sure I was not in need of medical assistance or any help of any type. Well, after a little while there was a knock on my door and there was I believe a housekeeping supervisor who informed me she was doing a "Wellness Check" it is done when a housekeeper cannot get in a room to clean. When I returned to the hotel that afternoon I knew that because of something I did my room was not cleaned. On Tuesday I left my room early in the morning and I forgot to remove my "Do Not Disturb" sign from my door. Everyday the menu changes, do this is an awesome meal.
They also have a "Manager Kickback" in the afternoon at about 5:30pm. Upon check in the desk staff was very professional, helpful and accommodating. From the first time I called for a shuttle to the hotel to the last shuttle I took back to the airport to fly home the shuttle drivers were very friendly, prompt, professional and helpful. I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel for 6 days.
